KarenGARDNER - (ALNESS)Karen passed away peacefully, after a short illness, at Raigmore Hospital, Inverness on
Thursday 9th July 2026, aged 54 years.

A loving sister of Janis, James and the late Carol and Sandra, much loved daughter of the late Jimmy and Nettie, a dear sister-in-law, a doting auntie and a good friend to many.

Following a private cremation, a celebration of Karen's life is to be held at The Station Hotel, Alness on Friday 24th July 2026, commencing at 1 p.m.

All friends respectfully invited. No flowers please, but a donation, if desired, can be made at the service, or online, for The Renal Unit, Raigmore Hospital.

Karen had an incredible, rare gift for lighting up every room she walked into. She was so wonderful, funny, mischievous and I honestly can’t remember a single time I saw or spoke to her where she didn’t put a massive smile on my face. She brought so much genuine joy into the world, and I miss her so much.

Aww what can I say about Karen 🥰 First met Karen when I ran my shop FINGZ in Alness .. Never a Dull moment with this little lady always had a BIG HUG for her when coming to shop always called me DI never Diana 😂 ,, R.I.P Sweet Heart
